I am so in love with the Father… sometimes I am so overwhelmed by His goodness and His beauty! There hasn’t been anything in particular in the last month that is like oh wow, He is so good because of this and this…. He just is good and this revelation is so sweet to my taste! His love for me is just popping out of my seams of existence…. Oh how I long to love him the way he loves me in return. Oh how I long to love the ones that are precious to his heart… in a like manner that he has sought after me and loved me…
Oh, Holy Spirit… teach me the love of the Father, and his beautiful Son. Teach your ways of relating to one another, yet as one! That I would suffer long, walk in kindness and not envy, that I would love in humility not puffed up in my own perception and understand of you, that I would love not seeking after my own gain or need, but the needs of others, that I would love as the Father loves… that as you Father bear all things, that I would bare the burdens of your heart, and release them to you in intercession and joy! Teach me love, teach me your love, and how to walk it out as pure and undefiled religion before you!
I long to know this love… and yet what I feel tonight… i can’t contain… it’s busting out… You are so kind and You are so beautiful. Shine your light and truth in my inner most parts, that I might love the way you love. That it would not be a shadow of the things that you did while you walked on earth… but that I would SHINE YOUR LIGHT and YOUR LOVE in this hour in this moment….
